I have my first phone screen next week with STRH and wanted input on what bankers there think about the firm. I've already spoken with a fair amount of analyst and associates at the firm. They were all great people. I personally think very highly of STRH and would like to place there.

I always had success with bringing up the culture of the firm (teamwork, collegiality, etc.) and used people I spoke with as evidence of that culture. I.e. "After speaking with John Smith I knew I wanted to work at BAML bc of its culture of 123"
I know Atlanta has it's allures but I would look elsewhere too. Toms of debt work. Gets crushed in m&a world... if you're gonna play this game might as well be competitive.
