Why would one prefers the sell-side?

I understand that most people prefer the buy side, for better $, better hours, less grunt work, etc.. Many gets into the sell side just to have a shot getting into buy-side later on.

Still, I understand there are those who prefer the sell side as well. So just curious why would one prefers sell-side? What does sell side has to offer that buy side doesn't?
