WIFI outage during SIE

My firm requires we pass the SIE by a certain date. I took the exam today, about a week before the deadline.I had 20 questions left in the exam and felt like i was going to pass without issue. My WiFi went out. My internet provider reported an outage mid test due to a storm yesterday. I lost connection to my exam, and could not connect to a hotspot or alternative because of the proctor application. I spoke with the proctor company and now I have to wait potentially a week to hear from FINRA to see if I am eligible to reschedule the test before the 30-day second attempt date.If I am ineligible could my firm reneg my offer?Has this happened to anyone before? Not really sure wtf to do.
