What's up y'all,
I am an incoming analyst at a US bank. I was told we would have training starting early in July in NYC. Is a multi-week, in-person training program feasible given covid? We have been getting radio silence from HR so I don't know what the plan is. I also haven't heard much about the training programs at similar banks. Are the banks just following the wait and see approach?
How likely is it that we are virtual like last summer?
Any advice or intel would be appreciated.
