Will 2022 SA Superdays be in person?

If anything I’d think the recruiting process would be the first thing to move to virtual full time. Seems like so much less of a hassle to screen candidates and it’s not like the lack of in person woo-ing is going to deter the most impressive students from applying.

I am not speaking from any sources in that process, but sadly I doubt it. There really was something special about walking into a big scary conference room at the nicest office you've ever been in and trying not to shit yourself. Was a great experience for me. 

I can't really see banks being willing to fly kids out, put them up in a hotel and bring them into the office when they're still working on bringing all their own employees in the office. Vaccines are way behind schedule rn, so unless ur more towards Q1 2022, I don't see it happening in person. 

No way. Superdays are beginning in April/May. No chance the situation will be ideal for in-person by then, even for the employees 

Doubt it. Honestly virtual recruiting with zoom is so much easier and you still have that face to face component. I could see some places doing recruiting virtually more permanently

Superdays will be the last thing to come back, after offices are 80-100% back and vaccines fully distributed. There is 0 benefit to flying someone in when Zoom is cheaper and easier
