Will BofA Raise IB Salary Again?
Saw other posts on figures of first year analyst salaries. Bofa is still at 95K. Do you believe BofA will raise base to match competitors or stay consistent?

Bump. Haven’t heard anything yet, but curious to know if anyone else has. I’m sure it wasn’t the firm’s intention to have one of the lowest bases on the street. By being one of the first to raise base, they essentially gave competitors the opportunity to one up them. Only time will tell.
They need to at least raise baises to $100k. Can't be the lowest BB.
I don't think they would really have a problem recruiting/retaining people over 5k
I don't see why they wouldn't. It's such an easy spin to say "we remain committed to ensuring junior compensation remains competitive with the market."
will probably do it either at year end or once new people start. Less confusion that way.
