Will I get through this? JPM IB Final Round
Hey! So I got an interview at JPM exclusively through networking.. I networked with a MD who then had me talk to a director and then I interviewed with all the analysts and i know I did extremely well and they all liked me so I got next steps. Next steps for me (since I went through the process in reverse) is to talk to a recruiter/HR. My only concern is that thus far no ones asked me for my GPA (mostly because I have ALOT of work experience(9 jobs/internships throughout college (4 relevant to IB))) and I know that recruiting is probably going to ask and my GPA is below a 3. Will HR knock me for that after the entire team liked me?
This is a strange situation, but I feel like HR is simply a formality. HR doesn’t make the calls in regard to hiring—the people making the business money do. I wouldn’t stress about a call with HR

I heard from multiple people that JPM does not hire from networking pools anymore... Not sure if it is true but that is what is heard.
