From the multiple BB threads about how torturous being an analyst / associate has been these past few months, and with analysts quitting later in the next few months, are MDs going to eventually realize how unsustainable having this many people leave is?
What's the only things that can stop this overworking, would it have to be a slowdown of dealflow?
