Work stress solutions?
I take my work incredibly seriously and when I make mistakes at work, I take them personally. But recently the stress and anxiety over making errors has begun to overtake my emotional well-being. I am consistently feeling anxious about possible mistakes and whether or not I will disappoint my colleagues or a client. I am ruled by these feelings and cannot let them pass unless I try to immediately find a way to improve the situation. At this point, I am almost pleading for any thoughts, suggestions and comments for what might help mitigate these feelings...
