Working in a Different Country

How do I best position myself to move to Europe and work there for a couple of years? For context I've already accepted a FT offer in the US but I plan on moving in a couple of years once I gain some experience.

I'm planning on picking up another language but just wondering what offices speak predominately english?

Edit: I'm already bilingual and know a bit of French!

This is not to discourage you, but it’s going to be really hard to just “pick up another language” while working IB hours or comparable, much less learn it well enough so that it would actually be useful to you professionally. Now, this does change a bit if you just forgot to mention you are already bilingual/trilingual and have learned a language before. And predominantly English speaking offices are more or less only going to be found in the UK, and possibly in some Nordic countries but I doubt that’s the norm.

That makes sense, thanks for the response! Just edited the post -- I am bilingual but I do know a little French from previous courses, so I'm thinking about doing an evening class while working. My group doesn't have as rough hours but I know managing both will be challenging
