Would hours improve post covid?
I believe/hope that we can all agree on the fact that the number of 3-4 am nights have increased sharply and so have been the number of weekends worked. Before this Easter weekend, I can't remember the last time when I had a complete day off.
My question is, do you think this will improve post covid, or anytime soon? Or is this going to be the industry norm now? :(
I just want to see if there is a light at the end of the tunnel, or if the light is a fast train approaching you. Man its so depressing to see tens of posts on this forum everyday about WLB.
