Like if I were to browse the transactions of a regular investment bank, and I see let's say Truist, they have a bunch of A&D deals on their energy M&A transactions list. Does that mean all the M&A focused bankers worked on them or would it be a separate team that handles those? Maybe a team made of former engineers...
