In this day and age, most would consider yelling and using insults extremely unprofessional, even in banking. Wondering how often yelling still takes place at various investment banks. Would you say something to your staffer / HR if a VP / Associate yelled at you when you pushed back on capacity? If so, how would you raise it in a way that doesn’t warrant any revenge from the yeller?
