Yenching Academy or Tier 3 IB Graduate Analyst Program London

Hello, I got two options: A one to two-year fully covered Master's Program at Beijing University in Economics and Management (Yenching Academy) or a Tier 3 IB Graduate Analyst Program in London (Equity Research/ECM but less M&A). Studied Economics and started late in figuring out that I wanted to do IB in the future.

How reputable is the Yenching Academy in having a better possibility to find a better Tier 1/2 opportunity (internships and/or full-time). Is it better to start at the Tier 3 and then lateral to better banks? Thanks in advance.

Would be curious to know how the Yenching Academy compares to the Schwarzman Scholars program

both equally selective / prestigious. Schwarzman is a one year Master in Global Affairs primarily focused on introducing students to China while taking idk what kind of classes to be the leaders of tomorrow (a lot of networking and business oriented i guess) but not sure what skills they learn there. Yenching is a one to two year Master in Law/Economics/etc. in China Studies where students have to take Chinese classes, specific core courses and their chosen specialization with a thesis but seems to be more academia oriented.

As explained in the post, started late with recruiting as I was not dead set for IB. Non-Target for IB, not a business school, non-Finance major, but reputable uni in academia. By the time I realized I wanted to do IB and got to know how it works with applications/interviews/etc, it was already too late.

Not really what?

Solid placement where?

So Yenching over FT?
