“You’ll be hearing from us soon” from Interviewer
Hey WSO. I recently interviewed for a 2023 SA role at an Investment Bank. During my last Superday interview (virtual) the interviewer said “you’ll be hearing from us shortly”. Is this good news? Bad news? No news? For context the interview was last Thursday and I am posting this on Wednesday. Kinda freaking out about missing out on the role because I have struggled through the entire recruiting season and this seems like a last hope.
Probably no news. I've noticed zero correlation in my job searches.
As an interviewer, it's usually how I close out the interview.
Yeah everyone says that from my own experience.
Best of luck to you - but when I did my SA at a BB, I basically got to know the outcome a few hours after my AC.
That's just like saying "talk soon". Don't give any meanings to it, people say that to everyone
