1st round on campus interview GE FMP - What I should be prepared for?
Next week I was selected for the first round interview of GE FMP on campus....I was wondering if anyone had any tips about interview questions...the process...and over all what I should be prepared for? I really appreciate it!

I know there is a lot of the GE FMP threads on this forum but I need some help. Please advise or direct me to the right direction. I will be interviewing for the FMP in a few weeks and would like to know what I should expect. What type of Behavioral Questions, Technical Questions, Case Studys, and Presentation? Also what will be the best way to prepare for the interviews? Any help is great appreciated. Thanks.
All behavioral....questions will be like "tell me you worked with a difficult teammate/co-worker/colleague" or "tell me a time you struggled through a class and how you got through it"......the key is they are looking for an example to back up all your answers. You won't be asked any technical questions (in both rounds the only technical I was asked was my outlook on the economy). They are really just trying to gauge what type of person you are. Good luck, it's a good opportunity.

I have an interview for GE FMP and it's in-person. They mentioned it will be mostly behavior and information based questions. Does anyone who gotten the FMP have advice on how to get to the 2nd round and also what they look for in a candidate?
