2023 IB opportunities?
On my very first attempt of getting into IB, I made it to the final round of Goldman and Jefferies(regular recruiting) over a year ago. Got no offers. I have been applying ever since but haven’t gotten any interviews. I applied to several diversity programs and regular recruiting but I get turned down even before getting to the interview stage. I have thought a few friends how to model, they all got offers while I can’t even make it to the interview stage. It’s extremely disappointing but I can’t give up. Please share any opportunities or advice. Would really appreciate your opinions🙏
