2024 FT Advice Recent Grad

Hi all! I am a recent college grad from a Big 10 School, and I wanted to ask for some advice on post-grad plans. I had a previous internship in IB during my sophomore year and an FP&A role in my junior year summer. I didn't convert the junior year internship into an FT role because I wasn't really interested in the position.

Now, I'm in a position where I'll take any finance-related job. I graduated with a 3.5 GPA, and I've had a couple of final rounds for various finance positions, but at the end of the day, I'm always the one to be cut, which has been really discouraging.

I was wondering what I should do right now so that I can land the IB role in the future.
