3.1 GPA sophomore, am I screwed for BB SA?

Hi, I am a sophomore at a Canadian target with a 3.1 GPA. I had a terrible first semester in my freshman year (2.67) and have been working hard to raise it to a 3.5.

I realized I am screwed for my GPA, so I tried really hard in getting some experience to boost my resume. I took on leadership roles in school and did a wealth management internship in freshman summer. Currently working as a part-time consulting intern in MBB and fortunately landed a S&T SA position at a top 5 Canadian bank in the coming summer.

I know GPA is important and by the end of this semester I am confident to bring it up to a 3.3. Just wanna know my chances in BB IBD SA in Asia next year? Any suggestions would help, thanks!
