3.4 gpa right now, will that hurt me in the cutoff for IB applications?

Applying to 2024 applications right now, I know your supposed to have a 3.5 but I am .1 short which sucks, any advise on how to network into these 2024 jobs? My resume is pretty good right now I have a decent high-school internship, good freshman internship and a good upcoming sophomore internship. Thanks for replies in advance!

Yes, this will hurt you, especially if you're coming from a non-target.

No one cares about your high school internship.

If you don't have a choice at this point it's not worth worrying about. Do the best with the situation you have

Yes, it will hurt your prospects.

Does it mean there's no chance? - far from it.

Stay motivated, stay resilient, go above and beyond expectations. Compensate for your weaknesses by strengthening your technical skills, your behavioral answers, your extracurriculars - so that when you get an interview, your strengths outweigh your weaknesses.
