4 years at a Liberal Arts Colleges + 2 years at Columbia? Any opinions?

hey guys,

So I go to a liberal arts colleges and my school has a combined-engineering program with Columbia. I can study either 3 years or 4 years at my current school and, if I meet a certain GPA and required classes, I automatically get accepted to the Columbia engineering program.(Both BACHELOR's DEGREE)

I wish I started earlier so that I could do the 3-2 program, but it seems like the 4-2 program is the only option left for me. I am currently studying Mathematical Economics and will be studying Operations Research at Columbia.

Anyone doing this program or knowing someone doing this? If so, please let me know of their and your opinions!! Also please tell me if its 3-2 or 4-2
