A month after off-cycle final interview

I have recently completed a final interview for an investment management off-cycle internship for a large BB in London 4 weeks ago. I followed up with the HR last week but either way, I have yet to receive a response. Should I follow up again maybe this week? Do I still have a chance of getting an offer? Thanks!
