Acceptable to work for a small bank for like 2-4 months and bail to something better?

Title says it all – I've been unemployed for a few months and have been offered a role at a smaller bank (less than 50 headcount)

Is it okay to hop in for a few months, collect a paycheck and a bonus, and then hop to something else? I'm in a few buyside processes (did IB for 4 years prior to this at a top BB) which may or may not pan out but figure this may be worth it for the quick buck while I close out my other recruiting timelines

I'm sure I can come up with an excuse when I leave and I know they won't be happy but I'll still put in work for those paychecks so why not. Curious what others think
