Adding projects to resume / LinkedIn jobs
So I am about to start university and hopefully apply for a bunch of internships. Trying to get my resume ready in advanced so I can enjoy myself in the Summer. I am following a template VERY similar to the WSO one.
At the moment, it is pretty stacked (for my position) - I have been working the past year, and worked a separate job during my last year of school. I have education (uni and a-levels). So I have 2 jobs under professional experience (1 of them relevant for hard skills, the other is mentally challenging / great for soft skills (McDonalds haha)). I have 2 things under leadership (1 a job, one is a 'cadets' I attended for 3 years). Then I have a section beneath detailing the standard skills, certifications, hobbies etc.
I have completed a couple of virtual work experience courses (from large banks/AMs) and created some small trading algorithms (found on GitHub). I want to include these if possible on my resume, but literally have no room keeping it to the standard 1 page. I could remove my McDonalds / cadets and add them to my LinkedIn, but then I feel like they make me unique, and am worried that recruiters won't check LinkedIn (why would they?)
