Advice for coming semester

Hello in need of advice here. I am a rising senior and my school is online for the coming fall. Although disappointing there are some positives. Namely being I can focus on school more (I am a D1 athlete and my athletic commitment will be greatly reduced). I was thinking with this extra time I would try to get a remote fall internship. Just so happened a few weeks later and some applying I am in the final round for a pretty high level Financial Data Science Internship (this past summer I worked as a Data Science Intern for a startup and in the past I have worked as a Finance Intern for a small asset management shop). It would be an awesome experience I’m sure. But there would be trade offs. For example I don’t think I would be able to perform as well in school as if I didn’t have this opportunity. But this opportunity would give me great experience and look great on a resume. Would maybe the trade off of maybe a little lower GPA but great experience be worth it? I am graduating in May 2021 and looking for full time opportunities for after I graduate.
