Advice for re-recruiting for FT after IB internship
I’m a junior interning at a mm firm this summer. I’ve heard not great stories about lack of deal flow / activity / experience. Obviously the goal for this summer is secure a ft offer, but I’m already interested in trying to re-recruit to a larger shop with more activity and a better training program for ft next year. I was wondering if anyone had advice or tips on the timeline and what I should do to try and move up the food chain after this summer. Thanks.
