Advice Plz
As a non-target I have seen very little response for 2024 SA roles. My resume is pretty solid and I have good grades but I have only received 2 first rounds. I am coming the the realization that IB may not be possible coming straight out of undergrad. I would like to hear about some past experiences, whether that's getting an MBA directly after to get a FT role or moving laterally into IB. Any advice or thoughts would help!
