Am I late?

Hi, I’m currently a third year student at a top 60 US University. I just started my major in Finance for several months since my college has the policy that you’re able to not declare your major until the end of the second year, so I started my college as undecided and kept on exploring until now that I decided to pursue finance. Can you tell me if there’s still a chance for me to get an internship and a job, and if not, is there anything I can do or a path like taking a Master degree that I can take? P/s: I’m an international student so the job finding also involves sponsorships.
