I had a Barcap HK S&T SA phone screen with someone from Asia HR on the 6th.
I asked what happens from that point on and the HR person said they should be done with interviews by the end of that day then they should take some time to make decisions. They said they will contact us no matter the outcome.
I havn't received anything yet. With the fact that they have already completed all interviews on the 6th, does it mean that I can assume that I have already been rejected since it's already been a week?
Wow that's a long time. You should definitely contact them. There is a possibility that you were put on hold or that they rejected you but forgot to tell you.
You're on hold but they've definitely got their first choices I guess. Just hope.. but do look for other alternatives.
Not necessarily. Politely ask the HR contact about your status. Sometimes scheduling conflicts lead to a longer wait. Good luck.
should I email the general APAC recruiting email address? The HR rep didn't really introduce herself and when I asked for her email address she said "well there is [email protected]". Who should I address to and what should I say?

Not true, last year I was not notified after my phone interview, I emailed 3 times (to specific HR) without responds, I had to literally call her to receive my "Unfortunately...." email in March LOL
Somebody I know had worse experience, was notified that he passed 1st round, then no follow-up at all (think he got better gig instead)
