Am I underpaid?

Coming from my last position at a boutique ER shop, I was GROSSLY underpaid. I've since moved to a lower-tier bulge bracket bank and, initially, I was quite pleased with my package, but that has now changed. I joined toward the end of 3Q14, and my offer was for $90K. My title will allow me to be promoted come the end of 2015. Bonus season this year, however, was somewhat disappointing. Don't get me wrong, I still outpaced my previous employer's full year bonus, but was expecting slightly more. I received a $10k bonus and absolutely $0 increase in my base.

The reason I'm only posting this now is because I've recently started dating a girl, where all of her friends are dating finance types. It seems as if I am BY FAR the lowest paid boy friend. Seeing as I am the only one out of the boyfriends making under 6 figures, I got to wondering - am I underpaid or is this typical for a lateral?

Out of curiosity, am I understanding this correctly? - Started working around Sept. '14, went from $x base to $90k, and your bonus from Sept-now = $10k?
