Analyst Programs Post Grad

Wondering if anyone has specific insights on what post grad analyst programs look for in applicants. I’m a second semester senior at a pretty well known (although not prestigious) state school and I have a major in STEM. I’m getting interviews for these types of programs but am not seeing any results after the fact. I do also have a prior internship in the finance industry. So, obviously there’s an impression I’m giving off or something I’m not saying in the interviews that is causing me to be unsuccessful. Considering my non finance background is there anything I should be emphasizing in these interviews?
