1. can someone explain what is the difference between Annual and Annualized returns? annualized vs IRR?
2. let's say there is an open-ended fund, some investor joins the fund in year 3 from the first close, how exactly are Investor returns calculated and vice versa overall fund returns( closings that occur in different periods)?
Annal is better as long as you prep beforehand
