Another interview after Superday?
I had a Superday with a BB. After 3 days of not hearing back I got a call saying they want to do 1 more interview. Has anyone ever done this before? What should I expect?

Never experienced that but I would really make sure to reiterate why them, why IB, and be very good technically.

They probably are between you and another/some other candidates. So might be a senior person/trying to figure out if they like you more then the other people. Probably not any more technical than your other interviews, but very very important on fit/personality.
Agree. They may have you on their hold list but could offer if someone turns down and this is part of the ranking of people they have on the list.

How long after did you hear back? And what ended up happening?
Heard back a couple of days later. Was told first on hold list as they wait for acceptances/rejections and was offered ECM SA with opportunity to be involved with M&A deals and can transfer into that division either as FT or after 1-2 years in ECM.
