Any advice- current senior looking for finance job

This is my first post here so excuse me for being verbose.

I am a senior at a non-target Liberal Arts school in the south, majoring in Russian (ask me how I got here) with minors in Economics and Business, with a 3.51. Original goal was IB when I started applying for last summer, and now as I approach graduation, that hope has almost disappeared. Generally it seems like my resume gets tossed in the trash once they hit "Russian Major", especially when it is a resume only job application. Even when I reach out to people at that company, a lot of times I just get no responses. Not really sure what to do at this point since a lot of hiring has already been completed. I have been trying to network as much as possible but constantly getting email notifications from linkedin saying "we have chosen not to move forward with your application" gets disheartening. Now I've just been looking for general Financial Analyst and Business Analyst roles because I am good with modeling and know R and some Python as well. Currently looking into wealth management and real estate finance as well. Any advice on how to sell myself would be appreciated- I've tried the liberal arts route generally to no avail.

Do you have any finance internships? What is the selectivity of the school you are at? Is it Washington and Lee/Davidson/UR?
