Any Advice on Lunch Interview?
I was told that I am now onto the final interview process and that they would like to take me out on a lunch for final interview.
I have never done this. Any advice? What not to do?

Pay attention to table manners, but generally this sort of interview from my limited experience is more for them to evaluate your personality. Have fun and bon appetit!
Thank you. I should watch a youtube video about table manners.
Yeah, anything like this is generally when they feel good about you (at least good enough to share a lunch) and are pretty much sure they want you, just want to make sure you can be normal (but not wild) when out of the office.
That is a good news. I will try not to look weird. Thanks!
Generally, all you have to do is follow their lead.
Try to let them pick their seats first - If they want to be on the same side of the booth or table.
Order something off the menu that falls in line with what they order - If everyone is getting a salad, go ahead and get a salad. Along these lines, don't order things that are inherently messy. If you order wings or ribs, you're going to have a bad day.
Be prepared - Most likely, this will be more of a conversational interview. Don't be afraid to ask them questions about their careers and background.
A lot of business is conducted at informal meetups like lunches. They may want to see if you're a good fit for this type of environment. Relax and be yourself.
Got it. I do get a bit awkward continuing conversations with non-friends. I will have to be prepared for it. Thank you.
Don't eat like a fuckin slob
