Yeah, anything like this is generally when they feel good about you (at least good enough to share a lunch) and are pretty much sure they want you, just want to make sure you can be normal (but not wild) when out of the office.

Generally, all you have to do is follow their lead.

Try to let them pick their seats first - If they want to be on the same side of the booth or table.

Order something off the menu that falls in line with what they order - If everyone is getting a salad, go ahead and get a salad. Along these lines, don't order things that are inherently messy. If you order wings or ribs, you're going to have a bad day.

Be prepared - Most likely, this will be more of a conversational interview. Don't be afraid to ask them questions about their careers and background.

A lot of business is conducted at informal meetups like lunches. They may want to see if you're a good fit for this type of environment. Relax and be yourself.
