I’m a rising sophomore at a target school preparing for SA’26 recruiting in the winter.
How many people should I be aim to email/reach out to for networking by the end of summer?

^^ idk if this is a stupid question but should I do 10 people per bank for like 10-20 banks?
My networking tracker had about 200-300 people I reached out to and had calls with ~25% of them for reference. Not all proportional at each bank because I was interested in certain banks and knew I would have a better shot and some of them as well so networked harder
Was this before entering your sophomore year? Also, is doing 10 per bank too little or too much? Do you keep reaching out to them in January-ish? Thanks!
