Any tips on how I can make my resume better/ rate my resume and tell me what you think/applying for IB

Hey guys! I’m currently a first year student from a non target school in Toronto. I’m going to start applying to investment banks soon and would really want your input on my resume and how I can make it better. I don’t have any prior finance knowledge but any useful tips from you guys would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

My Resume, (ignore how the date got formatted wrong pls)

Humbers College - Remove activities and make sure to include GPA after your first semester.

Ontario College
                         -  Remove GPA and add awards to the additional information section

                        - Remove Cafe Networker

VKNews Media - Fine, but better be able to back up your claims.

Freelancer/Upwork - consolidate line items, unfinance related work is fine but its taking up way too much space

                               - details like 2x4x8 or 600lbs concrete really not necessary, line 4 on freelancer seems too overexagerated

                              - Take out measurements in Upwork, and change $850 cost savings to a % of whole project.

Volunteer Work & Leadership Experience - Delete Lakeshore Lodge

                           - ADD Business & Finance Club (Analyst) here and add bullet points

                           - Sport team captain is good

Additional information - Conferences and webinars are fine for now but delete later

                         - ADD work eligibility

Overall: As a freshman this is a good resume and it shows you have work ethic and take initiative, however, some claims obviously seem like bs. Once you start gaining some experience you can start trimming the unfinance-related material, but definitely a good start. I don't know much about how to deal with certificates under your education, but definetely take out GPA if nothing else.

I was a bit harsh but hopefully provided a decent perspective. Best of luck.

Edit: make sure dates stay on same line and keep font/color standard throughout
