For a 15 min review, here is my take: Leaders come from a wide variety of backgrounds with some coming from very strong backgrounds and some seeming to come from lack luster backgrounds, Generally this firm seems to operate in the LMM (on their site some of their tombstones say $1bn+ but when I search the transactions they are not listed as advisors: example below), It is unclear how many deals they do per director but it appears at first glance to be 1 per director which can mean a lot of pitch work or retirement shop, HQ'd in New Port, they primarily operate in the renewable space but do have exposure to some other sectors

If I had to give a recommendation: Great way to start an early internship (fresh or soph), I would keep trying for stronger banks in the meantime, unclear of what the switching banks or exit ops would entail, This seems like the type of bank that would underpay and expect a lot, but if Pay is good, maybe its a good bank.

Disclaimer: I enjoy being paid well, so I am a PAY above all else, additonally, I am not super strong with my knowledge about the LA/west coast market
