Application Mechanics
Preparing for SA 25 roles. Been doing some networking and brushing up technicals. Probably a silly question but what happens after I send in my application at a BB or EB? I know sometimes there's a Hirevue immediately after, but after that, what happens to my application between that moment and a first round interview? Are the analysts I spoke with reviewing the resumes?
