Apply Off-Cycle after Graduation

Hey everyone

I am wondering if it is worth applying for an Off Cycle 2024 Program after my graduation. I will graduate in July 2024 and currently have a 6 month internship between April and October 2024. Should I apply for the Off Cycle program and mention this internship (i.e. that I am available from November 2024)? Or should I tell them that I am available from April 2024 and cancel the other contract if I get into the program? (To be honest, I never go back on my word, so I don't feel comfortable going back on a contract even if I can).
