You guys must be kidding! Its way overdue. Most BBs have already filled the majority of their SA seats. Especially in London. I have friends who signed their SA 2012 contracts back in june, and most of the banks are unofficially ending their rolling admission in November.

Stop procrastinating, get to work if you want a job!

...while it's always good to be constantly networking, etc., this is absolutely wrong. SA recruiting deadlines via resume drops are in mid-January and first rounds are late January/early February and offers are out over the next couple weeks.

I'd think you should probably wait a couple weeks at the very least until HR starts fully focusing on SA recruiting.
