My team frequently uses a firm to connect with experts in industries & sub-industries related to our work. Is it appropriate to send the experts connection requests after a conversation? Seems like an organic way to grow my network and I'm genuinely interested in seeing what these people are up to/comment on etc., but wanted to make sure it was appropriate and I hadn't miss some ethics/best practice logic.
