Are RX exits bc of the nature of the work or the actual candidate
curious because naturally the RX guys are gonna be the most prepared technically based on the heavy technical focus during recruiting. do firms have a heavy rx bias during on cycle, or is it just that the PJT RSSG guys are just better during the interviews?
