Are SA’s trying to recruit FT screwed?

I’m currently working in a city I hate and transferring to another office won’t be an option if I start at this bank. I’m trying to re-recruit but it seems like spots might be hard to come by with fees down across the board and the economy poised to tank sometime in the near future. Does anyone have info on what FT spots are going to be open for SA’s?
