Hi, how does the background check work for a MM European bank? (long term Intern position)
Specifically, the employment verification part. Can they verify that WITHOUT reaching out to my current employer?
Also, how long does it take?

Also, do I need to add previous summer jobs I had, such as Bartender etc? This was ages ago and I never put them on my resume.

Yes they will contact your previous employers (at least some of them). Just put what you put on your CV
