Baird Freshman Summer Internship
I got into the Explore Baird Equity Research Program for summer '24. It's an all-freshmen program and takes like 3ish people. Overall, I think it's a solid program and one of the few paid, non-diversity, freshman internships at a known bank. I'm pretty sure that the Workday is hidden and you have to reach out to apply.
