BAML's situation is pretty bleak. So bleak that on their superday, you get interviewed at 8, hired at 10, and fired before lunch.

I think the only groups that are hiring are LevFin, Power&Energy, Tech, GIG and FIG. There might be one more but I'm too lazy to check.
