BAML S&T First Round Phone Interview
Recently contacted regarding a BAML S&T First Round Phone Interview
I'm curious to know if anyone has had experience with BAML S&T either through OCR or phone, and what experiences they might be able to share
Also, what do you guys think of the timing? Seems a little late to be contacting someone regarding first rounds; bad sign? good sign?
Finally, is it a bad idea/taboo to try and get it converted to an in-person interview?

The timing is fine, they are still conducting interviews.
Don't bother getting it converted to a in-person interview. If you pas the phone interview they will invite you in for a Superday.

from what i've heard...the phone interview is mostly behavioral
