Bank of America 2024 SD
Wondering if anyone else got any SDs for Bank of America next week? If there's anyone who has any general advice or interview questions that they might ask, that would be greatly appreciated- the SD is online, so not sure if I should take a different approach than in person SDs.

2 interviews- one skewing more behavioral and one more technical. Definitely make sure to have stories/instances to answer leadership/team building questions. Have a good why BofA, why banking, and be comfortable with current economic conditions as well. I think they place emphasis on fit!

About as standard as it gets. Obviously have a good why BofA, why banking, understand the market right now and how that affects their business. Ultimately it will come down to how much the interviewer likes you as a person, seems to be highly competitive this year. good luck
