Hi all, would like to ask if anyone is familiar with the lateral hiring process for associate / senior associate for sector coverage teams at BBs. How many interviewers do you meet with? How long do you typically have to wait between different rounds of interview? Would you be immediately proceeding to the final round with MDs and sector heads after interview with VPs and Ds, or would they interview with several and rank, and proceed a few top candidates to the final round? Do you need to interview with other groups also to cross check? Thanks a lot!
